This really exceeded my expectations! I'm using it in place of a dresser in our guest room, and it feels like a full dresser for a fraction of the price. The base makes it super sturdy, sturdier than any other cube storage I've had. It looks a lot more like real wood grain than I was expecting. You can still tell it's not real, but it isn't as obviously fake as others I've seen. Also, 13" cube bins fit but only just. I got mine from Target.

It took about 1.5 hours to assemble by myself, and I have a decent amount of furniture assembly experience. The instructions aren't bad, but follow the pictures and diagrams carefully. Since you're using glue, mistakes are a little harder to undo. I would recommend getting some extra wood glue because the tube that's included isn't really enough unless you can judge the distribution perfectly.

Overall, I am really happy with this organizer! I doubt it would survive a bunch of moves, but it is way sturdier and nicer looking than I thought I'd get for the price.

Easy to put together. Can with a broken shelf but was able to contact manufacturer from number provided on incstructions and they sent me a replacement. This is not high quality (get what you pay for) but it does look nice and seems sturdy enough. The laminate is coming off on the end of one of the shelves but I just faced that towards the wall and moved on.

I'm a millennial. If there is anything I know how to do, it is to assemble particle board furniture.

That said. Putting this together is frustrating. The order of operations in the instructions is idiotic, but by the time you've figured that out, you're already elbow deep in trying to keep all the different pieces together and wishing you had 4 arms.

And then, I finally get the stupid thing together and I begin to peel off the stickers (labeling each piece, warning label stickers), and I ruin it. The paper with the wood print that covers the shelf comes off with the sticker, leaving me with big white mars all over the new shelf. It is too much money to spend to have it look terrible before I even use it. I don't recommend this stupid shelf.

For a 65 inch tv stand I do not trust it, I went to the hardware store to by metal brackets, which I drilled in to make it more study. Granted if the assembly process went perfectly I might have trusted the it a little more, but the glue and some of the wood dowels did not want to cooperate with me, one hole being a little off can mess with the fit of the whole thing.

Normally I love building furniture (I do a little wood working and I enjoy assembling most boat furniture) but this was a frustrating nightmare, because the instruction do no go in a step by step assembly, they have you glue and hammer parts together not in the order they fit together so you wouldn't find out some glue in piece needs to be adjusted until the glue has already set

Update 1/12/2020: the stand did start to bow in the middle with having our TV sitting on it. My husband had to put a piece of wood in the middle on the bottom of the stand to keep it level. He stained the wood piece a dark color so it's not really that noticeable. Attached pictures to show wooden piece. Still love the stand tho!! Perfect for hiding toys!

Such a cute and practical stand! I have twin 2 1/2 year olds with lots of toys so this helps hide them and makes my living room look so nice at the same time!
